Things people ask.
Do I need to know anything about AI before the session?
No. The session works best when you come with a real work problem, not an AI idea. Ryan will ask about how you actually work and figure out the AI part.
What if I've already tried AI and it didn't stick?
That's most of the people Ryan works with. The issue is usually that the wrong thing got built, or it got built outside of how the team actually works. The session is designed to find the right thing.
Is the $400 session fee applied to a Build Sprint?
Yes. If you book a Build Sprint or AI Partner engagement within 30 days of your session, the $400 is credited toward the project.
Can the workshop be done remotely?
Yes. Ryan runs workshops both in-person (based in LA) and remotely. The format is the same either way.
How long does a Build Sprint take?
It depends on what's being built. Most sprints run one to three weeks. Ryan will give you a realistic timeline after the strategy session.
